How to adjust the gap between the printer's printing wheel letters and the ink wheel?

When the ink wheel has been used for a period of time, the ink content of the ink wheel will decrease. If the printing does not appear after adjusting the temperature, the printing can be tried by adjusting the gap between the printing wheel and the ink wheel.

The adjustment method is as follows:

1. Loosen the eccentric copper sleeve fixing screw of the ink wheel shaft.

2. Rotate the eccentric copper sleeve by hand to make the surface of the printing wheel press the surface of the ink wheel by about 0.05-0.10mm, and the imprint is clear. Do not overtighten to avoid premature wear of the ink wheel. Then tighten the eccentric bushing set screws.
